Wow!

I'm very grateful to live in a town that is so supportive of the arts.  The Parish Center for the Arts has been a big part of my life for the past 13 years.  Each year, the PCA hosts a wonderful art show that is open to anyone in the community who wants to participate.  Kids, adults, professionals and amateurs are all welcome to submit two pieces of artwork that are judged by professional artists.  The PCA throws a big reception with food and wine and awards are presented.  This year, I was honored to win "Best in Show" with my painting "There's Kit-Ten!"  I couldn't be more proud!!!
A colorful sculpture was created just for the event
Great food, wine and fun at the opening reception

So cool to have that "Best of Show" ribbon!

"There's Kit-Ten!" is a 20 inch square painting and is available for $500.  Click the Buy Now button below to purchase using a credit card/Paypal or here for other payment options.

Oh Laurie this is wonderful news .... don't you just feel like doing cartwheels? Your painting is amazing. A very simple scene that speaks volumes. Congratulations ... well done.
